We got a chocolate cake recipe offline and followed it, X and A weighed all the ingredients themselves. They then crafted their own figures/models from coloured ready roll icing. X did link from zelda and a bonsai. A did a bonsai, a football and a laptop. They were so thoughtful, really thinking about what daddy might like on his birthday cake.

Daddy also got another amazing birthday present from X and A. They both worked super hard creating personalised stories for him. They hand wrote each page and drew pictures to go with the text. They then laminated it and bound it together with some ribbon.

Well our journey writing a blog anyway!

We are a family of five (daddy, mummy, X, A and F). We home educate our children and would like to share our achievements along the way.

We are starting this blog now in January 2019 when X is 7, A is 5 and F is 6 months old.
